We are Jody and Brian Savage and our desire is to take you with us on our journey. We are working to be the most solid parents we can be. Over the course of our marriage, we have been building our amazing family and life together. We have experienced three amazing childbirths together, each one different from the other. Together, we are passionate about raising our children to be successful in all their endeavors. We are very supportive of each other and of our children.

Trying to be open and honest

Finding joy is something we work hard at. We both have strong personalities but try to be level headed and sincere. Both of us take a lot of pride in our ability to coexist in this world. We have made a great team over the years.

Our journey has been filled with many ups and downs. One thing remains constant, we always shown unconditional love for each other. It seems that we are often teaching life skills through our example of how we live. We are both passionate educators by nature.

 Our ideas on Parenting

The two of us are looking forward to sharing our unique ideas on parenting and our spin on teaching basic life skills to our children and so many others as well. We also have a desire to share our experiences and tricks on maintaining a solid relationship with each other.  It is so important to us to keep our love in check. To make it grow as we get older.

We have many tips and tricks that we use and we hope others will fi nd them useful.  Our plan is to update with new blog entries a couple times a week. We have many great ideas to share and are excited to go on this journey together and with you. No matter what kind of parent you are, we anticipate you will find some great ideas, and hopefully inspiration. Whether you are the ambitious parent, the lazy parent or the busy parent, we hope you enjoy our topics.

Feel free to reach out to us and send us your questions, comments, suggestions and complaints. We will always answer at askme@solidparent.com!

Much love, from our family to yours!
