Tween stress can be really hard to deal with. I have swim and dry land training for 8 hours a week, and math team, and a lot of homework. I also have to deal with my social life, and read 30 minutes a night and watch my sister, and write blog posts I love music too and play the alto and tenor saxophone and the piano. All these things take up a lot of time, so it can be hard to deal with.
I try to deal with my tween stress in different ways. I talk to my parents so that they can help me and I just try to focus and get things done. My parents have helped me so many times. I have to remember to focus on one thing at a time. I like to try and set goals for myself so I can focus even better.
You can also deal with stress by taking breaks and taking alone time or listening to music. Also, animals can be a good stress reliever. Personally I have two cats, one dog, nine fish and three chickens. It’s really hard to keep up with them all but they’re really cool and are a great stress reliever.
